Job Description (Briefly describe job duties, required skills, and qualifications.) Position Overview
The Construction Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating construction
projects from planning through execution. This position ensures smooth communication
between office staff, contractors, and on-site teams, while maintaining compliance with building
codes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
● Communication: Act as a coordinator between architects, engineers, contractors, and
customers. Able to communicate project details to the team. Meeting vendor/trade
partners, as needed.
● Project Coordination: Shepherd project details from initial design through project
completion. Develop scopes of work, building standards, methods/codes. Coordination
of onsite construction materials. Work with Design, Sales, and Operations Management.
● Resource Management: Develop material/take-off lists, vendor quotes, order/return of
materials
● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, budgets, and reports.
Proficient in estimating and developing scopes of work. Use project management
software, Buildertrend, along with estimating software.
● Problem-Solving: Identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective
measures Must be highly detail-oriented and administrative.

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
(preferred).

● Proven experience in construction coordination or project management.
● Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
● Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
● Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend)

Working Conditions
● Full time, Monday thru Friday, 8-4:30 pm. Work location is flexible.
● Primarily in the office with some on-site work. Percentage of office / on-site time: 75/25
● May require travel between multiple job sites.
● Exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
Compensation (Optional but encouraged - Hourly rate, salary range, or "DOE" (Depends on Experience)) Salary range: $55,000- $80,000 annually
