- Manage day-to-day operations of the association, ensuring efficient workflow and member satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance member engagement and retention.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions for members.
- Serve as the primary liaison between members and board of directors.
- Oversee communication strategies, including newsletters, social media, and website updates.
- Monitor industry trends and advocate for members’ interests at local and state levels.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and funding proposals.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new members, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in association management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a member-focused approach.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Quick Books, and association management software.
- Positive attitude and a passion for community engagement and development.
