J&RS has been bringing clients' dreams to life since 1995, started by two brothers, Jim and Ray, who began doing small remodeling projects for their friends and family in the Duluth area. As demand grew, so did their business. J&RS is a full-service construction company with an award-winning team of in-house professionals.
