The Arrowhead Builders Association is excited to introduce the Build North Expo, created to better utilize your time by putting you directly in touch with consumers serious about your services. No gimmicks, no point of sale vendors, just valuable, one-on-one contact to take your project from start to finish.
We have partnered with Jeff Stark and Winterfell Management to bring The Build North Expo to the Essentia Duluth Heritage Center.

Build North Expo Guidelines:
Expo spaces will be approved and assigned based on information provided at registration. Booths may not sublet space. Sponsored entrance areas may be utilized in combination with multiple vendors, (ie.patio pavers + landscaping + furniture + sauna etc). All booths will have 8 foot tall black backdrop behind the booth. Each vendor is responsible for their own furniture, carpeting, tables, signage and extension cords/power strips. Electric service is not included with space purchase and must be purchased in addition. No point of sale may occur onsite. Examples are cash or credit card sales of small retail items. Contracts and orders may be taken for delivery after the expo concludes. No outside food or beverage is allowed for sale or consumption. No amplified music or sound systems are allowed during expo hours. Expo booth space must be confined to assigned location and dimensions and may not block neighboring booths or aisleways. Expo space must be staffed during show hours from beginning to end. Expo space may not be torn or broken down until the show concludes on Saturday. Booths must meet all City of Duluth/State of MN fire regulations. We have reserved a full load out day on Sunday, March 15, 2026 to remove all additional items. Duluth Heritage Center will not accept shipments of expo materials, unless contracted in advance. Assigned load in times will be determined and communicated once spaces are designated by event managers. Hierarchy of Booth Placement ABA Members in good standing will be placed first Size of booth will be the next determining factor: 20x20 Quad - 1st Priority 20x10 Double - 2nd Priority 101x10 Single - 3rd Priority The next determining factor will be the date/time that registration was completed, with those registering earlier having higher priority.
