Chelle Bakke brings a unique combination of education and training, business ownership, spirituality and life experiences to the Arrowhead Builders Association. An architectural andconstruction background led her to manage the HRA Duluth Hillside Area Restoration Project, an internship with the City of Duluth Building Inspection office and a Revitalization Specialistposition with a local nonprofit focused on housing, education and economic development. She was the first in the country certified as a Neighborhood Revitalization Specialist through NeighborWorks America and served as the Executive Director for the Lincoln Park Business Group. In 2007, Chelle started her fifth business focused on coaching and consulting. Her clients have experienced life-changing results: more than doubling staff, creating multiple businesses under one umbrella, product development and marketing internationally, and increasing profits. In her spare time, you can find Chelle in the garage, traveling or taking pictures.
