The Arrowhead Builders Association was originally chartered as the Duluth Home Builders Association on January 21, 1952, and affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders. The first parade of homes was in 1953, which after a break in the 70's to the 80's it is now known as the "Homes on Parade". It was not until May 20, 1974 that the Minnesota State Builders Association was chartered with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in which at that time the Arrowhead Builders Association also became affiliated with the Minnesota State Builders Association, now known as the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM). Robert "Bob" Wallner, of RWC, Inc. one of our very loyal and dedicated active members, was involved in creating the MSBA. Bob is a Senior Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders and a Life Director of the Arrowhead Builders Association.
